Quality Assurance
Service technicians follow strict quality assurance / quality control procedures to ensure all tools will function properly when sent to location. Every tool is completely disassembled, blast cleaned, inspected, and reassembled. Only original manufacturer’s parts are used when damaged components are non repairable and must be replaced.
Hydraulic disconnects are pressure tested to 250 psi and 5000 psi to ensure they function properly. Dual Flapper Check Valves are pressure tested and chart recorded to 250 psi and 10,000 psi.
Every motor is tested using an in-house dynamometer to record torque, pressures, speed, and overall performance.
- Motor power sections not performing to DSA’s specifications are modified until they meet or exceed design requirements.
Magnetic Particle Inspection
Certified Level II Magnetic Particle Inspectors ensure tool integrity.
